The Affordable Retrofit Program Design Toolkit comprises a series of free documents produced as part of Volta Research’s CMHC-funded project. The Toolkit provides guidance on how energy efficiency loan programs for single-family homes can be structured to include features that ensure housing is made more affordable for program users.
